REQUIREMENTS FOR RECLASSIFICATION

1. Letter of intent address to the PAPP President
2. 2 Letter of Recommendation from fellows of PAPP.
3. PPS fellow of good standing certification.
4. 2 years of clinical practice as a pediatric pulmonologist.
5. Distinctive achievements:
a. Community service through active participation in the PAPP community projects
b. Academic or professional distinction or related to medical education and
clinical training in pediatric pulmonology
c. Distinctive research contributions on pediatric pulmonology published in peerreviewed
regional, national or international journal
6. Induction fee P 10,000.00 (Inclusion: PAPP Toga and Medallion)

PHILIPPINE SUBSPECIALTY BOARD OF PEDIATRIC PULMONOLOGY EXAMINATION

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Written Examination
A. Certified Photocopy of:
– Current PRC card (back-to-back)
– Certificate as diplomate / fellow of the PPS
– Certificate of good standing from the PMA
– Certificate of training in Pediatric Pulmonology
– Research paper, as the major author, done during your training
B. 2 letters of recommendation from fellows of the Academy
C. 2 recent passport-sized pictures

2. Oral Examination
A. Letter of intent to take the examination addressed to the PAPP president
B. Certified Photocopy of research paper, as the major author, done during fellowship
(if this was not submitted when the written examination was taken)

3. Examination Fees P 3,500.00
